Does your transport company want to be prepared for the constantly growing technical requirements of local public transport? Our public transport solutions offer proven special software from developers with years of experience in the public transport industry. No matter whether you operate buses, trains or ships - with us you have found the right partner. Even for associations and local authorities we offer the right solutions.
Each developed solution module is responsible for a specific field in the operational processing.
In order to implement a solution fitted to the specific requirements of your transport company in the best possible way, the following modules can be flexibly combined with each other:
Whether on bus, train or ship- with our mobile fare manager, the sale of tickets runs like clockwork. The module can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of any transport company and supports the associated hardware for all purposes. Thanks to the background system, evaluation and further processing of the sales data becomes child's play for your transport company.
The ticket validator checks tourist tickets. This greatly simplifies cooperation with tourism associations and event organisers. The module checks e.g. guest cards for validity and validates whether the passenger is entitled to a reduced or free ticket with his or her card. For this purpose, it works together with various third-party systems and can validate both via 1D (barcode) or 2D (rectangular) codes and RFID transponders.
In the background, our cash register ensures that the tickets sold are recorded in accordance with the law. The module stores the sales data in a prescribed tamper-proof format. Our solution forms a carefree package with the automatic FinanzOnline processing. The mFGM RegK automatically issues the slips at the beginning of the year and imports all receipts that require checking and cash failures into FinanzOnline on an accrual basis.
Our reliable travel companion, mFGM RBL, is the guarantee for smooth operations. It helps you to keep an eye on the timetable at all times and indicates which stops need to be reached and whether the vehicle is delayed or not. Up-to-date information on the progress of the journey is not only displayed to the bus drivers, but also transmitted to the control centre in real time.
Ensuring connections across different means of transport within a transport association and companies is the be-all and end-all for passengers using public transport. In order to ensure this, timetable data is combined with real-time data. This enables the providers of connecting journeys to be informed of delays in advance and journey adjustments to be made.
Passengers should be provided with information on the course of the transport at all times during the journey. Our mFGM IBIS passenger information system displays line numbers, destination and next stops on the exterior and interior displays and plays audio stop announcements. All this, of course, completely automatically. The transmission of the IBIS communication protocols required for this purpose works both via conventional cabling and via IP network cables.
Current passenger figures provide information on which courses are regularly overcrowded, at which stops particularly large numbers of passengers board or exit and how full the vehicles are at the moment. Information like this is an indispensable data basis for the transport planning. Passenger counting can be done manually or via our AFGZ, which uses state-of-the-art counting sensors to record passenger numbers completely automatically.
The stationary fare management system makes up the background system for all mobile fare managers. Much of the basic information needed in sales is provided in sFGM. Tariffs, line routes, configurations, version management and many other data are stored in sFGM for the mobile fare managers. The data is then transferred from the central background system sFGM to the mobile ticket printers via a secure synchronization channel. The return route provides information on sales, validations and processing that are carried out in mFGM. In sFGM, the sales data form the basis for post-sales revenue distribution in the interests of cash security. sFGM is based on the latest thin client technology. You can access it from any browser via the Internet, just like a modern banking system.
Our data hub takes care of and distributes the real-time driving information data supplied by the vehicles. In this way, you maintain an overview of the completed and current journeys and related information - e.g. delay forecasts are quickly forwarded to the station display or external information systems. The data hub also forms the basis for connection assurance (mFGM ANS).
The timetable information is the visual flagship of the public transport solutions. Thanks to the station display of our dFI, passengers can obtain information about the next departures from a particular stop either on the departure monitors on site at the station or on their smartphone. To be able to display all relevant information, the dynamic passenger information system uses data from the mFGM and the data hub.
The Public Transport Cockpit is the information portal for the employees of the control centre. Current information about the driving operation is displayed in real time - e.g. the locations of the various vehicles or an overview of all currently delayed trips. In addition, the Public Transport Cockpit can be used to retrieve data from past journeys or to evaluate passenger counts.
The customer center also offers extensive passenger care. Our oFGM is based on a classic CRM system that is specially tailored to the requirements of customer service in the public transport sector. Built on existing systems or newly integrated as a whole, oFGM provides support for ticket sales of regular tickets in the customer centre, but also for issuing annual, student and apprentice tickets, for example, and for complaints management and analysis of sales results. In addition, oFGM can also be used to sell both, its own and additional modules and items offered by external partners on site, such as the use of a bicycle box at the station, rental services or other mobility offers.
Our micro public transport system offers you the opportunity to connect less densely populated regions to the local public transport network. Based on the shared cab principle, passengers can easily book journeys by telephone or online and the service only runs when there is demand. Thanks to a special routing algorithm, empty mileage is avoided and journeys are combined to increase the occupancy rate of the vehicles.
The price is calculated according to different tariffs directly in the micro public transport system. Payment is made online by instant bank transfer or credit card when the journey is booked, or in the vehicle when the journey is completed.
